The Weather

what is the weather like

Northern Vancouver Island offers a bit cooler weather than the climate 500 kilometers south in Victoria. Vancouver Island’s climate is the mildest in Canada but the Northern half of the Island receives the most rainfall. We do recommend that everyone dress warmly in layers and we provide rain gear onboard our boats. The temperatures range from an average of 10 degrees Celsius in May to 14 degrees Celsius in August.
